Mine was 1600. I got on a roll and couldn't stop. But it's just one day. Tomorrow will be normal and I will be thankful!

I cut down my portions to 1/8C - 1/4C (actually measured) and 2oz turkey & ham and came up slightly under 1,000 calories. Now I need to head out for a walk.
  • Haven't had mine yet! I was guessing for around at least 3,000 calories, but my most of my family is 300+ and diabetic. So all of our gfoods have been "lightened up"
Good for them! But I should have brought at least one thing that wasn't "lite" if i would have known!
  • Lunch= 1300 cals.

I had a protein bar for breakfast, went to the gym, have been at work most of the day, had tuna for lunch, and have almost 1400 saved for dinner. LOL.

Lunch was Dinner and I skated in Just under 600. No Bread, no dressing, no caramelized yams but did no miss them at all. Granted I could still pack some more in if I felt like it.....but the saying is true "nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels!"

I had a 2 ounce frakke (raw meat ball things mixed with bulgur wheat and spices) a half a slice of pita bread, 12 french fries and tabouleh. Oh and diet rite.. I didn't even know they still make Diet Rite!

I eyeballed it at 600 calories

I have two Thanksgiving meals today (husbands family and mine) and I am boycotting an entry today! The average person eats 3,500 calories on Thanksgiving! YIKES!!! =( I would say between both (2pm "lunch" / 6pm "dinner") I'll be around 2,000!

280 calories! (thanks to being at work all day and heating up a SmartOnes meal)....im worried when i get done with work, i made pumpkin cheesecake, toffee gooey cakes, apple pie.....
i dont wanna regret too many calories, BUT i also dont wanna "reward" myself due to a holiday and be totally ticked tomorrow when i get on the scale!

Either way, Happy Thanksgiving to all!!!!!!

466 calories for me, not including the pie I'll have later, that will be my "splurge" :drinker: It helped that I made everything so I could make healthy substitutions to help my mom and I stay on track. No one could tell the difference - it was delicious!

My Thanksgiving lunch/dinner was 500 calories, but I am saving room for 2 pieces of pie so +600 for me. I'll still be under calorie for the day (barely), and I don't regret it! Pumpkin pie is my weakness and twice a year treat!

619 for me - I have enough calories saved for 1/8 slice of pumpkin pie! I have weighed and measured everything today! Didn't want to use Thanksgiving as an excuse to eat more! But if I had, I would just get right back on the wagon tomorrow.

Jeez I thought idea of a diet was to reduce amount of calories you ate a day! I'm surprised so many have said over 1,000 for one meal..that's most of my whole days allowance!

My breakfast is usually under 300, lunch around same and dinner I don't go over 500. Drinks is about 3 cups of tea and water the rest of day, sometimes I make it over 1200 cals if I have a treat but only on days I exercised too.
