Happy Thanksgiving for all the US Shredders, hope you all have a wonderful and enjoyable day with your family and friends.
I am in Aus wishing I could be there with you :happy:

I just completed my Day 8 Shred and it was tough today, I woke up pretty tired but I pushed myself to do it and I am so glad I did.

    thank you i am here in the usa and here to support you it feel great even though you may not want to after you get up and do your work out you feel so much better God for you

    Nice work getting motivated to do the shred even when you weren't feeling like it. My chest muscles are so sore that i'm already dreading tomorrows push ups.

    I am going to join this group. I just started back on the 30DS and I know it works because my best friend lost over 100 lbs and my cousin lost 50 lbs. It can be done. Going to Shred it up!!!!!
