OK, It's time to share them. They all count.

Mine this year is- My brother and I always go for a walk after dinner. The last few years, I have been huffin and puffin trying to keep up with him. This year it was a much longer walk and I was a few steps ahead of him most of the way. :drinker:

It felt sooooo good!

Hope you all had a great day and keep your NSV coming.

I got full before I had any stuffing, and I didn't force it down. Normally I would have insisted on trying a little of everything, but this time I just stopped when I was full.

I took a brisk walk before we went to dinner! Since we went out, I didn't have a lot of say in how things were prepared. I am under 100 cal over my count and full. Yes, I did eat what I wanted but not as much as I usually would! I'll just go for another walk to burn that off too!

SO... my NSV is that I even left some of each on the plate!!!
