lats at home

How do you work out your lats at home? Do you have a chin up bar, use cables or a resistance band? I want to work out my lats, but I don't want to buy a large machine, or break my door or door frames.

I'd like to know how others do it and what they are using.

I use resistance bands. I also have a bar to use with my resistance bands although I seldom use it. Doing lats with bands is simple and fun and there are numerous exercises that will work them.

I mostly work in the gym but if I have to do a back day at home, barbell rows and pullups make up the majority of the work. I have a lat pulldown bar strapped to the rafters of my garage, so it basically dangles by ropes, but I can do wide grip pullups on it and I pretty much have to use excellent form or I swing all over the place. LOL.
