Ran 5K today "GOBBLE GOBBLE 5K" Time 36:52 Just better than a 12min/mile Now to get that down to 10min/mile and on to a 10K!

Congratulations!!!! I am doing my first 5K in a few weeks and my goal is to run the whole thing without a walk break.

That's awesome! I am hoping to get to 10 minute miles someday soon! I've done two 5k's and got similar times to yours...I had to walk a little but, but at least I finished!

Congrats to you! Very similar story. My c25k graduate run was 43:37 which I was stoked about at the time. My turkey trot was 39:05! Couldn't believe it.

My 28th birthday is march 30th and there is a half marathon on the 31st. I am starting to train for it. I don't expect to run the whole thing...but I do expect to cross the finish line in a respectable amount of time
