been sick 5 days now, since Saturday night

Can't seem to kick it. Stomach "flu" but no temperature. Haven't lost my appetite but it's less. Plus, whatever I eat, well, nevermind. My knee went weird on me(overuse Im almost certain)so I am going to start pushups and leglifts as soon as I have my strength back. Lately I've been spending time with the heating pad on my tummy, drinking lots of water(as usual)and lighter meals like soup. I know this will pass(no pun intended:laugh: )but I am feeling a little down. Just goes to show. Eat right, exercise and drink your water and you can still catch a "bug". I know Im not as sick as I would be if I hadn't been taken care of myself though:happy:
I was amazed to find out all the muscles worked when you do pushups and leglifts. I'll list them for anyone who cares to know:
pushups: Forearms, biceps, triceps, chest muscles, shoulder, lower back, upper back, abs..
leglifts(lying down kind, on your back): abs, lower back, thighs, butt

Me, too!:sick: The past 2 days I've had this odd bug- slightly nauseous but no vomiting, thank goodness. Very weak with poor appetite. I'm a little better today but found I had to get back in bed after the kids went off to school!:grumble: I had planned a 3 mile run today, but I think I'll only manage a leisurely walk- it's over 60 today, so I can't stay inside forever!
I hope you get over your bug soon! I'm looking forward to getting back on the plan!

Yes, a little naseua but not throwing up. It's all I can do to get a shower and sit here for a bit, then it's to my chair, then it's to bed, and back and forth, lol!! STill have my sense of humor thank goodness
