After a day of cooking, cleaning, prepping and repeated several times, I finally sat down to catch up on emails.... Well, I received an email from my Endocrinologist regarding a very large blood-draw that was done last week... What should have taken two weeks, took four days to come back...

Your labs look much improved - especially your cholesterol. Your triglycerides look much improved.
Your hemoglobin A1C was 5.2% - excellent.
Vitamin D level was 52 - right on target
Total cholesterol 176; HDL - good cholesterol 74 (>45 - 50 is goal); triglycerides (bad chol - < 150) : 112; LDL (bad) 80 - right on target
Testosterone level was normal - Free testosterone level was 1.2 - normal range between 0.1 - 6.4.
Thanks,
Dr. G

My last blood draw was three months ago, and the total CHO was 225... my HDL was 60, my triglyceride was 152, LDL was 90..... I dont remember what the other readings were, but.... This to me is an NSV because it means Im truly getting healthier with the recommendations set by this Endo..... This was accomplished by making several dietary changes, deletions and significant reductions per the Endo's instructions....
I am so VERY happy!!!!
