2o pounds before Christmas Challenge, who is in?

HI everyone
I'm new here and I love Challenges. I have been doing diet from time to time and some workouts until I came to Chalene Extreme and Turbo fire, overall they both are amazing workouts.
I lost 40 pounds so far ( 225-185) and gain and lose and gain and lose and now I have decided that I will go only in one direction which is losing my weight.
I would love to have an EXTREME month with Chalene or any other workouts where we workout 6X/ week for at least 1 hour and watch our diet.
You can choose whatever diet or life style you like but don't cheat even once in this month.
The Challenge starts this Saturday ( Nov. 26 th ) and ends Dec. 24th.
So what I would like you to do if you are interested is :
1- Write your name here
2-Your height
3-Your heaviest weight HW and Current weight CW.
4-Which diet do you use?
4- Come here from time to time and tell us about your day and how do you feel so we can support each other
5-Weigh IN will be weekly ( Saturdays)

I'm down for some extreme slimming before Christmas....everytime I join one of these threads though, I have trouble keeping track!0

I think trying to lose 20 pounds in 4 weeks is a little too extreme. It's not realistic or healthy for anyone to expect to lose 5 pounds a week.0

I agree, and my trainer would kill me if I tried it..but good luck to all0 -
@Jennloella : lets do it girl, lets shed these pounds and enjoy the holidays
@NoAdditives: when I wrote 20 pounds I meant we will do our best and give it 110 % to lose more pounds before Christmas, and to be honest with you if I lost only 10 pounds this month which means about 2.5 pounds a week will be great. I workout 6x/week now ( 3 days cardio and 3 days strength training) and low carb diet. I want to reach my goal as soon as possible but in the same time i'm doing all what I can and even if I lost 1 pound a week i will be happy because my shape will be different with these extreme workout schedule. I hope you can join us on Saturday.0 -

4-Which diet do you use? 75% Paleo and 25% whole grains
