    I'm also 5'3" and 150 pounds. This is my second go with MFP. I'm also looking for some friends with the same goals as me. I'd also like to be around 125 but we'll see. I'm considering doing 30 Day Shred but right now I work out at home with EA Sports Active on PS3 and I also go to my community rec center a couple days/week with my sister. Feel free to add me guys! :) Also looking for people with open food diaries, its nice to be able to see what people eat, it motivates me to eat better and makes me feel good when I've had a bad eating day!

    I'm only 5'1"! But the verdict remains the same- walk, jog and run. Then walk jog and run some more. (I have osteoarthritis in my knee, so I'm limited to low impact exercise.) I do side bends with 5lb dumbells and sit-ups on an incline bench for the mid-section, and various 5lb dumbell exercises for my arms/shoulders and underarm flab ;)
