One of my favorite things to make is an Asian Broccoli Slaw.

I usually use Mann's Broccoli slaw and Newmans Own Lighten up Asian salad dressing.

I mix about 2 cups of the slaw per 2 tbsp of the dressing and let it sit in the fridge awhile so the slaw can soak up the dressing!

It is SUPER filling, nutritious and tons of flavor.

Especially nice during the warmer weather months.

You could easily add some grilled chicken or maybe shrimp to it as well for some protein.

Definitely...and maybe some fruit like pineapple...and a few sliced almonds. Ok, I just had it for lunch but might have to make it again for dinner! LOL! It's very versatile.
