Scale Victory!

I thoroughly enjoyed my Thanksgiving Dinner... had Glass of Austi Spumanti, Cheese & Crackers, Turkey, Glazed Ham, Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Green Beans, and a piece of Pumpkin Cheesecake! Here is my VICTORY...I only exceed my calories by 100 calories, and the scale still moved downward this morning!

I logged everything I ate, and didn't over stuff. Portion control, portion control, portion control. And believe me, I feel way better this morning than adding a second scoop of potatoes, and a piece of sweet potato pie would have made me feel last night!

    I didn't go too much over my calorie goals but it was not spread out over the day as usual (1422 calories for 1 meal). I had to get on the stationary bike at 8 last night mainly for the bloated feeling I knew I couldn't sleep with. You did an awesome job.

    Nice work! I was only 9 calories over and LOST a pound. It's the first pound I've lost in several weeks. I know exactly how you feel and love it!
