Is there a certain order that you are supposed to do her workouts? Shred, ripped etc.? I'm thinking about ordering the new one that will be released the first part of December but haven't done the other ones.

    I did the Shred first then progressed to Ripped. I think Ripped is a bit harder.

    She has great videos I own all of them but her yoga one. I don't think there is any specific order. She has some longer workouts and a few shorter ones. I would say whichever works better with your schedule. She gives you a great workout either way you go. I am doing Ripped in 30 right now. It is a good work out, more toning that cardio. Which is what I need right now. Let me know what you go for I love hearing what other people think of her.
