Does anyone have vegi burger recipes?

I would really like to make home made vegi burgers. But I have no idea how.
If anyone knows any recipes/ ideas that would be amazing. :)

    Not sure on calories on those though. I'm not a veggie but prefer veggie burgers.

    This might look complicated at first, but you can take shortcuts (like canned beans, etc.) and it really is worth the effort. http://passthetomatoes.com/2011/08/ptt-veggie-burger-beta/ That's my blog and I am a vegetarian and eager to share my recipes.

    Generic - Potato, Med, 1 med
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans, bengal gram) - Canned, 1 cup
    Peppers - Sweet, green, raw, 1 tbsp
    Onions - Raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Egg - Large, Generic, 1 egg
    4c - Seasoned Bread Crumbs, 1/3 cup
    Garlic - Raw, 1 tsp


    This is what i have punched in my recipe section for my homemade veg burgers. I usually just make them up on the skillet til brown, then freeze the left-overs. :)

    Happy Herbivore recipe for black bean burgers

    1/3 c instant oats
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tbsn yellow mustard
    2 tbsp ketchup
    15 oz black beans drained and rinsed

    Preheata oven to 400. Grease cookie sheet and set aside. In a mixing bowl mash black beans with fork until mostly pureed but still some half beans and bean parts left. stir in condiments and spices until well combined; then mix in oats. divide into 4 equal portions and shape into thin patties. bake 7 min, carefully flip over and bake for another 7 min.

    Calories 109 each burger.

    Super easy and super yummy. even good cold

    my wife is a vegetarian. she likes this cook book. Rebar - its all vegetarian based I believe.

    google Rebar and cookbook. I believe they have a blog.

    the veggie burger is awesome.
