I just finally got mine after eying it for several weeks. Today is my first day wearing it.

I have a few questions for other users.

1) When do you sync it?
2) I thought I had it at a pretty comfortable tightness, but found when I was working out I wanted it tighter. Then afterward (post drive home and shower) it felt too tight. Does anyone else feel this way? Or was I just feeling weird because it was the first time I've worn it?
3) Do you sleep with it on?

    I sync it whenever I feel like it. First thing in the morning...around lunch...around dinner...before bed. :o) I leave the cartridge on while I eat breakfast so that it can charge and I'm fairly sedentary while eating breakfast anyway.

    I always tighten it when working out as my arms are flying around and I don't want it to slip down. When I'm done I loosen it a bit. I've had mine for almost a month now and I'm totally used to it that I don't even notice it during the day. And yes, I do sleep with it on...doesn't bother me at all.

    It's a fantastic tool!! And I've lost five pounds since getting it (breaking me through a month-long stall!)

    That's part of why I wanted it. I've been stalled for a while now, going back up and down the same 3-4lbs for about 6 weeks. Very frustrating.

    I love mine have had it about a month and in the first week found it fely a bit weird and was really concious of it but now I don't notice I am wearing it at all...

    I do wear mine at night and found out early on that I am often restless on nights where I have not worked out during the day - interesting but have not quite worked out why!!!!

    I usually sinc in the evening when I sit in front of the TV only takes a few mins and charges real quick...

  • Ditto to what everyone is saying...I sleep with it most nights, it no longer bothers me, I have to tighten when working out b/c of sweat making it slide, and I've lost weight finally...luv my body media...oh and I sinc it a few hrs before dinner time so I know if I'm under or over in the calories.

    I sync mine when i'm in the shower. That's pretty much the only time i take it off. Yes, i do sleep with it. And i tighten it when i'm working out, because it always feels like it is slipping.

    I find that mine seems to really miss activity when i'm doing weight lifting or the elliptical, though.

    I've been syncing mine in the evening after working out. I also like syncing it in the morning if I have time.

    Apparently, I don't sleep very well. It has me awake all the time. I know I'm up sometimes in the night, but last night I apparently was awake for long periods of time in the night that I don't remember. Weird.

    And I am apparently not burning nearly as many calories with my workouts as I thought I was. That's sad. I had a CrossFit workout that completely kicked my butt on Friday that was worth 1244 fitocracy points, but only burned 270 Cal. Ouch. I thought it was worth a lot more.
