How do you determine how many calories you should burn at th

eat 2000 and burn 410=1590<~ suppose to eat the to lose 1 pound a week

eat 1590 and burn nothing cause you did not go over your calories and you do not want to go into starvation mode or is it ok to still workout? I know that you should not go beyond 1200 calories.

I am eager to know this cause~its the holiday season and I want to maybe have extra cookies on some days.

    I had this same question yesturday, because I went and worked out burning 770 calories, I am on a 1200 cal intake, and because I was so busy cooking I didnt eat but 1000 cals, and so by the end of the nite, I had 800 cals to eat, and it was too late to eat..so I didnt...I think that its okay to have burned cals leftover once in awhile..as long as its not daily..I only ate back all cals maybe three times this week, and still lost 2.0 pounds..good luck!
