I've been eating a lot the last couple of days (and not logging). Will do better tomorrow. Seems like I'm battling something, but don't know what it is. I would like to detox tomorrow so that I can restart. Any suggestions?

    I think it's best to just always log what I eat, even when it doesn't look pretty! It's a real eye opener! I don't know anything about detox, but I suggest just logging to the best of your ability what you ate over the last few days and move on!

    I don’t detox, diet or anything like that. I make it a lifestyle choice. MY daughter was just talking today about how we USE to eat. She is 28 & eats healthy too.
  • I agree with that.. Even if it hurts to look at the calories you ate that day (been there), do it and start again the next day.
