    Yesterday I got up to 98g of protein in my first 760 calories without feeling like I was just shoveling down meat. Breakfast was a pancake made with a large egg, 1.5tbsp each of oat bran and greek yoghurt topped with smoked salmon and low fat cream cheese. Lunch was a tin of tuna and a slice of cheesecake made with low fat cream cheese, cottage cheese, eggs and stevia. Dinner was beef and guinness stew with swede (rutabaga) mash which had a spoonful of cream cheese in it.
