Another good workout- My husband registered the girls for the childcare at the gym today so he was able to come today. We did our cardio and then worked legs tonight. It was a little rushed because we had less than an hour because we only paid for an hour of child care for today and tomorrow and if you go over a minute you are then charge for an additional 30 minutes. other than being rushed it was a good workout

I burned 542 calories less than what I wanted to burn because I like to burn 600-700 but like I said we were short on time.

So far my total calories burned in the last 4 days of hitting the gym is 2,631-- Sunday will be my weigh in day.

wow 950 is that what your heart rate monitor said?

I love my heart rate monitor I know if I need to work harder to burn more to meet my goal of 10 calories a minute
  • Just an idea for your child care issue at the gym. Have your husband go with the children 20 minutes of so after you start your work out and then when you're done go get them while he finishes up the last 20 minutes of his work out. That way, you'll have a little extra time but still do most of your work out together!

we rather work out together the entire time. We do it all together. cardio and weights. Call it our quality time. We just have to put more money down for there child care so we dont have to rush through our workout. Like tomorrow we are just doing another hour but Friday Night we don't have the girls so we can workout as long as we like
  • Can't think of a better way to spend quality time together!! Have a great date Friday and good luck w/ your Sunday weigh in!
