If you look at my diary, don't tell me I am eating to little. Both the dietician and doctor agreed on this amount.0

I tried eating 1500 calories a day earlier in the year. That didnt help either.0

Frozen yogurt, choc chip cookie, animal crackers (all in same day).... Less processed carbs, more protein and veggies.
