What is worse?

I try not to go over on anything on my allotment so I usually end up with a little leftover of each, Calories, Carbs, Fat, and Protein. However, there are days I do go over on one.
Can anyone tell me which is the worst to go over on? Which will stall my weight loss if I go over on it? Can anyone tell me the order in which would be worse.....does that make any sense:laugh: ?

Go over on protein, especially if you're using the default MFP settings, which are very low for protein.0
