Friends for healthy motivation

Hey just joined today looking for friends to motivate me..have gotten lazy in the pass year and the pounds have piled on. Anyone want to be friends and share tips:smile: ?

  • Feel free to add me I'm in the same boat. I started at186 last Tuesday and now at 187. I weigh myself everyday and tracking things, I'm also hitting the gym everyday for at least cardio. How are you doing. My goal is to lose 10lbs in a month. Hope I can do it.
