Getting back to it!

So I originally started MFP back in March. Within a couple months I had lost 35 pounds! I couldn't believe it..but unfortunately ended up hitting a plateau where even with eating right and working out, I wasn't seeing any changes. Then I ended up spraining my ankle bad. I stopped working out and started eating whatever. I haven't done much of anything since about August.. I'm lucky because even with that, I have not gained any weight back. However, I just feel lazy and lethargic all the time. After Thanksgiving Day and stuffing myself, I finally got the kick I needed to start doing this again. I have been logging all day and even signed up for a bootcamp that I used to do frequently. It starts Monday and I cannot wait to be back at it! Glad I have MFP to get me back on track!

Good for you for getting back on track to health! It really sucks to be sidelined by an injury, but give yourself credit for keeping your weight where it was, rather than gaining back! (Even "eating whatever," you were clearly keeping your calories on target for your new weight!) I'll add you... I'm new and need both motivation and friends.0
