No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7
p.m. People achieve marvelous results with it. Depending on your
initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't
eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you
don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is
still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or
to buy special meals or plans.
Drink lots of water.
Only eat when you're hungry.
TRY and exercise for at least 30 mins a day.
Reduce, or dare I say eliminate, all "white" foods from your diet. This means no white bread, no pasta, no sugar, no milk, no table salt, no white rice, etc. The only exception to this rule would be chicken and cauliflower.
Reduce or eliminate all processed foods.

This is... exactly why I don't ask for help on yahoo answers. I mean really... no eating after 7? No pizza? Some are good suggestions... but others sound like they've been pulled out someone's *kitten*.0 -
Does that also include getting rid of any trace of common sense you might have?
Sorry, but that's just a list of rules not to go by...0 -
This "no white food" fad has to go. Seriously.0

I don't drink milk, but I sure as heck do drink whey/casein! I don't eat white anything either. That's just me though. I'm not into bleached foods (unless it's fast food & I don't have control). Does this mean I follow BRO-science? LMFAO!!!!0

This is pretty good advice compared to most of Yahoo Answers.0

Most of this is bad advice. Im assuming by no milk they are talking about cows milk with hormones and antibiotics and that is for health not weightloss lol. I do drink almond milk instead of cows but thats because im lactos intolerant0

Does that mean if I make chocolate milk that's good?? Love my Ovaltine!0

Yahoo Answers is one of the least reliable places for information. There are a few contributors on there who actually know what they are talking about, the rest just repeat what is popular and what they have heard.0
