(: I've been in disney world for a week and have stopped working out and i feel terrible and im looking to get back on track and lose the weight that i've regained plus more! (:

    Burpees - start with 100 a day, then work your way up to 1,000 a day.
  • I used Turbo Jam to get back on track after my pregnancy. Maybe something fun like that will help?

    PS.. I gained every time I go to Disney. Lol.
