Peel and chop an apple (or peach), place in a dish, sprinkle with a teaspoon or two of Splenda and a dash of cinnamon, toss, and place in microwave for a few minutes. Top with a tablespoon of your favorite granola (or slivered almonds). If you have calories left to spend, top with lowfat vanilla yogurt.

I tried this today and it was so good.
All I had was 1 small apple and 1 peach.
I did not have yogurt so I used about 1/3 cup of strawberry smoothie & a handful of low fat granola cereal with raisins. I will definitely have this again.0
