Before and after pics...40+lbs gone...Oh boy.!

I cant really say exactly how much I weight when I started my journey but Im sure it was more than 220lbs possibly 235lbs...I started this journey on January 3rd of this year to be exact and to date im a currently at 169lbs with 15-20 more to go...Thanks to the support from MFP and the support from my family...Thank you guys...

I fixed the tags so they show, but they need to resized to be completely visible.
