Okay I have a question, I earned like 180 calories today with exercise. I have 300+ calories left for the day, do I need to eat something? Or, is it okay that I have that many left at the end of my day?

In time you will figure out what works for you. Some eat them and have success...I dont eat them and I havent had any problems. If your hungry I would eat them..if not then dont force it..Be sure to make wise choices with the extra calories...:flowerforyou:...I would definately eat the remaining ones that you had prior to excercise.0 -

thanks for the question and advice. I am just wondering what to do with 360 calories at the end of the day too. I have never eaten after supper because I still feel full.:happy:
But I keep reading about eating your exercise calories and don't know what can be healthy without going overboard.
My solution is to try eating more during the morning/lunch because it will balance out the calories for the day. Thanks for the info.:bigsmile:0 -
I had 500 left, so I made sure to eat! But as long as it isn't a drastic difference everyday, I think it's fine. I usually have about 130 left over.0
