I haven't this one posted anywhere on this site yet... it takes into account your level of exercise (not only your level of daily activity like MFP), and gives you your maintenance calories as well as your weight loss calories. Check it out!

I used it and it's only about 100 cals different to MFP. The number of cals it calculates for losing a pound a week is approximately what it comes out to when I add in the exercise into here. It's cool but not all that much different.0

It is about a 200 calorie difference for me and that is with my average exercise calories added into it. Maybe I need to go higher than 1330 (without exercise calories) per day.0
