I'm just wondering if anyone here swears by a certain diet or diet book? I need to be disciplined by someone telling me exactly what to eat and exactly when to do when exercising because I feel like when I go at it alone I don't get any results. Anyone have and really good diet books or diets that really works? Thanks!

I'm enjoying (?) lot of aspects from Jillian Michael's Making the Cut. I'm trying to get that last stubborn bunch of pounds off, and it is helping me put a lot into perspective. Good luck!!! YOu might want to go to your local library and peruse a bunch???

I really enjoyed reading The New Rules of Lifting for Women. Read some reviews of it on amazon. I've really implemented a lot of it's principles.0
