I'm great all week, I eat healthy food, exercise and generally am good. BUT then the weekend comes along, I feel like I need to have a break, so My husband and I crack open a bottle of alcohol ( or two ) then I feel like I need to drink the whole bottle to myself only getting a little tipsy, then I stay up late after my husband goes to bed and then I start raiding the cupboards!!!

for example; 1/2 dark rum- 800 cals, 2ltr coke- 780 cals, 150g bag twiglets!!! This was last night.
Last sunday; 1 1/2 bottles of wine, 1 can 440ml Bud, 4 ham slices ( after 1/2 a large domino's pizza!!!! )

I understand this is bad for me, I need another way to chill out and relax to replace this habit. Any ideas???

  • If you find a way then let me know. I empathize with you a lot here. The other night 1 beer turned into 6 pints... felt like hell the next day so couldn't exercise and was constantly hungry... humans are so self destructive :laugh:
  • I've been having the same problem, so decided that I would remove the junk food from my reach, we still have it in the flat because my bf still eats it, but its all on the top shelves! lol!
