Hi, I'm Autumn! I was on here before earlier this year and lost 10 lbs. I got away from it, and regret it. This site was definitely helpful! I have 3 lbs left to lose and some major toning to do. I also need to change my diet and that is going to be the hardest thing for me. So any advice or encourage is greatly appreciated!!

welcome. look, you don't have to change all of a sudden, take everything step by step. make sure that whatever you do change in your life, is a change that you wont regret and something that you could get used to. Like myself I have turned veggie since this summer but I;m totally happy with it. Make sure you think things over and don't rush into it quickly. Weight lost quickly will often come back on. So take your time. This is my advice.0
