ok when I 1st started exercising and walking on the treadmill I has a lot more " junk in the trunk" and I tried to jog on it to get my heart rate up a bit more and I noticed it actually hurt to jog and there was a lot of *kitten* jiggle bc of all the extra back there :frown: ... now....... after losing some weight I jog AND not as much *kitten* jiggle and it doesn't hurt! :bigsmile:
