One year and one month later I finally hit my healthy weight target and first MAJOR goal!!!! I went from a very unhappy size 18 to a comfortable size 8. I am 5-8 and my healthy weight is 164.4. Couldn't be more happy with my progress. Please know that its hard work but the end results are totally worth everything!!!!! I hope this encourages you to keep going through the holidays!
