I'm creating a support/challenge group/program thingy...

*We will have weekly weigh ins
*We will have weekly challenges...with winners
*We will have weekly post that all members talk on and support each other
*We will measure ourself each week
*We will have 30 day mini goal weight to try and reach

*Every Monday is weigh in and measurement day check in
*I will make a new post every Monday for people to post on
*You will send me your check in stats, I will post them on the post

Please only serious people that want to stick with this join

It starts Monday. Feb. 16, 2009

We will run 30 days and see what we can lose and change in 30 days and then start another 30 days if you would like to can drop out after 30 days...But please let me know if you are no longer apart of it so I dont bug yall!!

    Me too please. I have seriously slacked over the past week! Just got a treadmill so fingers crossed that will keep me more motivated! If i don't use it my husband will kill me for spending so much money :noway:
