I finally got my hands on a copy of p90x. Im a bit scared of if ill be able to do it and if Ill have the motivation to stick with it, especially if I start now (im going to have to compete with Christmas parties, New Years, etc..) Id love people to give me motivation (add me as a friend!) and help me stick with the program. Also, any advice would be great, im going to take a few days to read all the material and buy resistance bands but id love to hear from people who have used the program before, especially how to link it with the beachbody website. Thanks guys!

  • Yay for P90X! I tried it once. I really liked it. Just didn't finish because the workouts were too long for me. I'll be trying it again in the future when I have more time in my schedule for longer workouts. Gonna add you :)
  • I have the videos too. I have not done the whole program but will throw on a video for a good workout. I did the Plyo-X yesterday and man was it a killer work out! Honestly nothing like it. Even doing a full circuit training at the gym I don't feel like I worked out this much. Good luck and the program! I will add you!

great program, have done it a number of times. (Classic and Doubles)

My husband and I both do it. Lost 20 lbs on my last 90 day round.

It IS challenging, and you won't finish all the workouts at first. Most people can't.

Thats ok -- keep trying everyday, modify when you need to - and eventually you will see improvement.

Its well worth sticking with it, just make sure you also manage your eating , and push yourself hard - you will be happy you did at the end of your 90 days. :)

I did P90X a couple years ago and got great results. You will be insanely sore the first week, but it's totally worth it. I'm actually going to restart the program Dec 1st.
