Body fat calculator?

I am trying to track several different things to keep me motivated if the scale stops moving. Initially I went with measurements and thought I would include body fat % as well. The problem I'm having is that the body fat calculators I've found online aren't calculating properly for my body type.

I have lost 13.8lbs. My measurements have decreased in inches as follows: bust -0.5, waist -4, hips -2, thigh -1.5 (per thigh).

I think I am losing in reverse of how I gained... (gained first in the bust, then hips & thighs and waist was the last to fill out). All the body fat calculators use waist, hips and neck measurement and are saying I've lost more fat then what I've lost in total! I suspect this is due to the drop in waist size. Is there one out there that uses multiple measurements?
