BL bootcamp dvd

anyone try this? i got it yesterday along with the new yoga one. today was the first time trying it. i burned 340 calories in a 5 min warm up & cool down and a 20min level 1 workout. so 30 mins. bob keeps you moving and using weights. he said to do level 1 for 2 weeks and than add level 2. there are 3 levels. alli, heba, vickie, bill, bernie, michelle. heba, alli, bill, bernie were the ones doing the exercises. heba does the easier version.
gym is tomorrows workout, so next at home workout will be the yoga. see how that goes.
just thought i would let you know the latest. loving the jillian podcasts someone suggested. time to go start my yard work. in the mid 70's this week. loving the preview of spring weather.....

I love the BL dvd's!! I have the BL Cardio Max & the BL Sculpt. They really keep you moving!! You have the 2 that I don't have! I like mixing the videos up! Just the other day I did Jillian's Cardio Kickboxing (not BL) & then I did the BL Cardio Max levels 1 & 2 & I skipped right past the warm up since I had already been working out! I feel like I have my very own trainers in my home!
So fun!! So motivating!! Enjoy!! :drinker:0 -

So you burned 340 calories doing this excercise????
I am doing this video too with weights and putting it in as 30 minutes of low impact aerobics and it is only giving me 190 calories burned.
How are you entering this in your excercise log???0 -
I log it as General Aerobics. I don't have a hrm so I just picked the closest thing I could find.0

i wear a HRM and that's what it said i burned. i don't log all my workout calories. just some of them. this is what works for me. i put in the exercise log as BL bootcamp and just put in my time and calories.0
