My sister told ma about this and I just tried it and it is fab!! Give it a go next time you cook some potatoes!

Peel your potatoes with a knife and save the peelings,
Cook you peeled potaoes as you had planned to
Put the peelings in a bowl and add 1/2 - 1table spoon of oil depending on how much potato you have,
Mix it all up so the oil is spread over all the peelings,
Lay the peelings out on a baking tray linned with foil,
Add you seasoning, (whatever you want! I had a chilli and garlic mixture from a grinder),
Cook in the oven at 200c until crispy,

Eat and enjoy!! They make a great starter and are so yummy!!

And the great thing is there is only salt and unhealthyness if you add it!!
  • Also, this thing works wonders.

Bought one 'cause I can't simply give up on my snacks, it really works. They become all nice and crispy, just add salt/spice to a plastic bag and shake them with it to coat. (popcorn flavourings work especially good)

Alternatively makes the Best. Apple. Crisps. Ever. Sweet, sour and crispy slices of apple. Absolutely delicious.
