    depends.
    is it in a 70* office? no.
    is it hot when walking outside in 80* high humidity weather, but you cant take the head off because some kids really do think you're a real Tigger? OMG yes.

    I almost passed out in the scooby suit walking with the neighbors kid on Halloween... like seriously, had to "run away", sit down and stick my head between my legs to not pass out hot...

    Its also horrible to dance in.

    no.. people still want to dance with you.. but you can get away with the hokey pokey.
