    Well I have no idea where to start. My name is Jason and I am 32yrs old. Im 5'9 and 241lbs. Now I have the shoulders, arms and legs from years of wrestling and football, but I also have the gut to go with the years of depression and drinking. Now that Im in a happy place in life and I no longer drink, I want the outside to match the inside. Just really need the push to get going in the right direction and the motivation to keep it going.
