I have been discouraged because my scales have not moved in almost two months but I've been trudging along anyway and trying to ignore the scales. Yesterday I went for a new bra and the new one is six inches smaller (three sizes). I edited this because i decided maybe I didn't really want my bra size known by the world. LOL, but the point is the size of the bra (not the cup) was six inches smaller!! Woo hooo to me!! Clothes NSVs are more exciting to me than scale victories!!!

Hope you all have a good food and exercise week!! Thank you for reading this!!

Congratulation on your loss Crzyone. Inches loss is better than scale weight loss.

Awesome NSV! And good for you for pushing on when the scale doesn't move, I know how discouraging that can be!

That is fantastic! I am really looking forward to changes like that! My dream is to be able to fit into one of those nice soft cotton sports bras some day!!

Six inches is a HUGE loss! Congratulations! I was pleased when I could put my bra on the tightest hook, lol, which is probably one inch difference.

    I love posts like this!

Can't wait until I am in a new size. :)
  • Kudos! that's a very significant victory! I'm more excited about that loss myself than ANYwhere else, including the backside...
now if only I could lose the back boobs too-haha

That is wonderful! I did this the other day, still not went out to get a new bra, but I was dressing up and I never wear anything other then a sports bra unless I'm dressed up. I put on my newest bra which was a 40 around and if it didn't have straps on it it would have fallen down. Then my 38 is too lose. I can't wait to go get a new bra lol. That's so awesome when this happens, great job!

You need to do measurements. Most the time the scale doesn't budge for me I lose in inches. Besides doing the normal chest waist hips thighs, I also do under chest (that shows losses on back). Arms I do biceps and forearms and wrist. Legs I do calves and ankles along with thighs.

I weigh once a week and measure once a month.
