Okay, these are great. From Prevention Weight Loss mag. My hubby and I have them once a week for breakfast. It says that it makes 2 servings, but those are huge servings. I know that it's 334 calories, but we have it for a meal, it's very filling and keeps you full for a long time. You could eat 1/2 a serving and that would still be quite a bit then have something else. It's really yummy and I have added it to the food data base. We used frozen blueberries that were still frozen and skipped the ice. You can't taste the green tea, and the faxseed and almonds add texture .

Green tea is packed with antioxidants that help ward off cancer, heart disease and Alzheimer's
Flaxseed Studies show that adding flaxseed to your diet can reduce your rick of developing heart disease.

3/4 cup water
2 Green tea bags
2 cups Fresh or frozen blueberries
3 ice cubes
12 oz fat-free vanilla yogurt
2 Tbsp whole dry-roasted, unsalted almonds (about 20) (we used slivered)
2 TBSP ground flaxseed

1. Bring water to a boil and pour over tea bags. Steep 4 minutes. Squeeze and remove tea bags and discard. Chill tea overnight. If youing fresh blueberries, place in freezer overnight.

2. Place tea, blueberries, ice cubes, yogurt, almonds and flaxseed in blender. Process until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.

Your welcome. I think what I like best about it is the little bit of texture the flax and almonds gives it.
