My name is Angel. I lived a lazy life until I had the scare of my life. I fell into a bad path and was only hurting my body.
It took me to think I was about to die to change who I was.
The guy who once wouldn't leave the couch is now the guy who won't stay on the couch.
Not only that but I have a job unlike before, and I am headed to the army in about a year once I finish my education.
I went from 200 down to 170 with cardio and weights. I am now 150 and very lean due to a good diet and an increased activity schedule. Mon, wed, Fri= Hard core weight training. Tue, thur, sat= mix between High Intensity Interval Training cardio and hiking. Sunday is a day off to relax.
I am here to see what keeps people motivated.
I am also here to help people and keep them motivated.

My dreams after the army are to become a Gym Teacher for Highschool during day, A fitness instructor at night and a nutritionist for weight loss and muscle gaining at the gym
