turbo slim 10-day!

hey guys, i'm starting the turbo slim 10-day kick start, and i'm so excited....

starting this evening, i'll be doing cardio party 1 for two days, followed by turbo sculpt one day, then i'll restart the circuit until day ten. the days i do cardio party i will do ab jam or ten minute trainer for abs and keep the sculpt days light except for an extra fifty pushups throughout the day.

i'll be working out in the morning (except for today, i woke up way to hungry AND late) and i'll be eating clean except for my daily allowance of chocolate (a pre-weighed serving of chocolate). to make up for the chocolate snack, i'll walk or run a mile depending on my energy level (i already walk three miles a day while studying or surfing the web, so this will be a nice change of pace).

i'm so excited! i've been waiting for a kickstart, i'm going to vegas on april 22 and want to look little hot dress-worthy.

i'll get my measurements up this evening, and we'll see how it all goes!

Breakfast:
4 egg whites, 1 whole egg
1 oz feta cheese
1 small tomatoe

Lunch:
3 slices lean turkey
2 tablespoons hummus
1 cup kale
1 whole wheat bagel

Dinner:
4 oz swordfish
1 cup pineapple
1 tablespoon jalepenos
1 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Braggs amino acids

Snacks:
1/2 apple and 1 oz lowfat cheddar
1 cup celery and 1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 oz chocolates

    day one went well, didn't get a walk in, but that's ok, i still burnt enough calories...

    going to workout again this evening: i actually really liked working out yesterday evening, and i feel like i even had more energy to really give my all during the workout.

    in about an hour, i'll do CP1 and AbJam. i just realized i better hydrate!

    Breakfast:

    whole wheat bagel
    1/4 cup grilled onions

    Lunch:
    4oz bison
    1/4 cup onion
    2 cups chopped kale
    1 small cucumber
    2 tablespoons fat free italian dressing

    Dinner:
    4oz swordfish
    1/4 cup pinto beans
    1/2 apple

    Snacks:
    1 oz raw almonds and 1oz dried cranberries
    1oz chocolates! (yum!)
    1 cup celery, 1 tablespoon peanut butter
