It depends on your age and skin type. You know the older you get it is going south anyway. The extra fat puffs it up. If you're younger and you lose weight at a slow and steady pace it should not sag at all or bounce back soon if it does. I have seen any problems yet.0

I have lost 50 pounds and I am 48 years old. I have seen a few more wrinkles since my weight loss but nothing really noticeable. I told my husband that I would rather have some wrinkles than all of that extra fat on my face :laugh:0

I'm 24 years old and I have lost almost 60 lbs, the skin on my face is very tight. But yes, the older you are the more likely you are to have sagging skin.0

This isn't a reason to be scared, it's a reason to get healthy now. You're 25, if you do it now you'll have no problem. If you wait until you're 40 the answer is yes.0

That is what I figured and exactly why I am doing it now. Thank you so much.0
