Hot* Yoga Teachers

*Hot as in temperature, not as in extremely attractive looking (although I'm sure you all are :)

I'm looking for Yoga Instructors that teach Hot Yoga - how did you get certified to teach and how long have you been teaching?

    I got certified in multi-style through a school called "Lotus Gardens" Lara teaches about the philosophy and history of yoga, breath work, and what you are most interested it seems is the postures :) You can get a regular 200 hour RYT certification and teach anywhere. There are trademark hot yogas like "Bikram." if you wanted to teach that you have to get certified by Bikram. But Like I said you can get certified as a regular 200hr RYT and then just do power/vinyasa yoga in a room with heaters which is what most hot yoga is in studios today.
