I just got through reading an article in Diet 2009. It suggested women need about 72 ounces of fluid per day roughly 2.2 Liters and men need 3 Liters (104 ounces). The key word was fluid..not all of it has to come from water but preferably most of it should. Here goes some ways that were listed to spruce up water. I hope it helps.
*Crushed Mint Leaves
*Slices of cucumber with peel on
*A splash of 100% fruit juice
*Orange,tangerine,lemon.lime or nectarine slices
*Crushed strawberries or blueberries
*Flavored tea bags such as peppermint, peach, blueberry
*Ice cubes containing citrus fruit zest
*Thin asian pear slices

Feel free to add other ideas:drinker:

  • Oh yeah...I read a cool tip: making ice cubes out of 100% juice of your choice(you can add berries to it too) and adding them to water. It's pretty too!
