I joined fitocracy.com and have been tracking all of my exercise and strength training there. It does not track the calories burned though, so I always track my cardio wokouts on this site, but never my strength training. Some exercises get my heart rate up, but if I remember correctly, before you could not calculate the calories burned for those exercises. Does anyone here find tracking makes a difference on this site, or know if any strength training exercises can be calculated?

Most people just choose Weight Training or Strength Training in the Cardio section.0

I was afraid of over estimating by generalizing it, but I can just watch how I enter it. Thanks!0

I don't usually log my strength training. Mfp gives me like 120 calories for an hour. I'm about dripping sweat ome days after my lifts though, so i think I burn more. But since I really don't know how much... I take the lazy way
I figure it makes up for if I over estimate foods
