I have already dropped 1 cup size since I've lost weight, I've always been pretty top heavy growing up, even when I was at my smallest, so I don't really expect to drop much if anymore up top. I wouldn't say they are saggy cus they aren't, they just could use to be a little more toned, is there any kind of exercise that is good for toning that region?

Can't "tone up" fat tissue. You can "tone up" the muscle underneath, but it would do little to enhance your breasts.

push ups have also done wonders for me, too. Not enlarge them, but definitely not reducing them, as well as help give them a lift, so they aren't sagging.

I do not have a gym membership nor can I afford one. I have a ton of work outs for home I do, right now I'm doing the 30 day shred, I'm going on day 7. I also do Zumba and Just dance 2. Those are more geared for the legs though.

Jillian Micheal's No More Trouble Zone's DVD. It's pretty rough though, I can only do a warm up and 4 circuits before I'm spent!

Is it anything like the 30 day shred or tougher? I've pushed through it so far and don't plan on quitting. I have a list of DVD's I wanna get I'll add this to it. My main areas I want to focus on is, the mommy pooch we women get after kids, the bust, and my legs and arms. SO basically everything LOL. I want my arms to get a nice cut shape to them, and my legs, well I just want to be able to wear sexy boots which they might already be there, I will have to try on boots next time we are at the mall. My mommy pooch is already starting to shrink just in the 6 days I've been doing it.

It's somewhat easier in intensity, but much longer than one 30 day shred level. So it's ends up being the same burn or more if you make it through the whole dvd lol
