How do you guys figure out calories burned doing plyo or jumping exercises? Sometimes wear jump shoes. Don't have a heart rate monitor & don't plan to buy one. (Sorry for being so short. Just got done working out & am tiiiiired lol)

I don't really know what the shoes you posted do, to tell the truth, haha. The shoes I posted force you to stand on your toes with your heels elevated. It really works your calves & all the muscles back there. (plus, they're stinkin' HEAVY!!) My husband wears them sometimes when he does jumping exercises to increase his vertical. (He REALLY wants to dunk lol)
He joined MFP yesterday, and we have no idea how to calculate his cals burned during his jumping exercises with or without the shoes. I'm very surprised "plyometrics" isn't in the MFP database.
HELP!!! lol0
